The countdown to Christmas has begun and my to do list is long!!
I love the traditions that I have created with my family. For instance, we put up all our decorations the day after Thanksgiving, begin listening to our favorite Christmas songs, bake cookies and pies, watch Hallmark Christmas movies and of course it wouldn’t be Christmas without watching A Charlie Brown Christmas, Rudolph and Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
We spend Christmas Eve at my sister’s house, where the girls watch the Santa Claus movies while the boys play video games and on Christmas morning, we start the day with cinnamon rolls and coffee while opening presents. Our Christmas dinner consists of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese and cornbread all made from scratch.! This is just a small glimpse of what we do during the holiday season.
