What’s Your Daily Mantra?

Life can present many challenges and when faced with one, I often refer to one of my go to mantras such as, “It is what it is.” I know, there are many people who may not like that quote, but for me it gave me a whole new perspective on life. I learned that I truly have no control over anything, that life will continue to throw you curve balls and you must be ready to course correct in an instant.

I recently found this poster and added it to my list of mantras and wanted to share it with you. I think these 7 principles are the foundation to becoming your best self.
